British classic dishes in café

Service is often described as friendly and efficient, though it can become a bit hectic during peak times—such as sunny weekends or tourist season. Nevertheless, the staff manages to provide guests with a pleasant experience, whether through quick service or helpful recommendations. A minor critique that occasionally arises is the noise level indoors when the café is busy, but this is usually balanced out by the idyllic location and the quality of the offerings.

I like the venue, I have been before, but definitely taken by Benugo the experience in quality, price and Service went down. Flavour and presentation was also not good.

Awful service. I just wanted to buy a bottle of water to go and took them almost 5 minutes to notice me and let me pay (and that cause I had to almost scream and ask say the girl at the cash: Hello there, I would like to pay). There was no queue, no client, anyone, all the workers were only not interested at all. Never again.

It is such a shame that this place is not better. It literally has one of the best locations in the world. But it is a bit of an industrialised tourist trap. The prices are high and the quality is what I would call tourist adequate. The food is fine, but not memorable, outside has more atmosphere than in. Service today was very slow, even for two cups of tea, and even though it was pretty empty.

Big indoor cafe, with plenty of seating. The coffee is good and there are plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast/lunch, with good portion sizes. It was busy because it was a Saturday, but we didn't wait that long for the food to arrive. Good place to warm up after a cold winter morning walk in the park.
